Product videos that say what you’ve been trying to say.

Short videos for software companies, built like a good lesson: each idea a stepping stone to the next, so viewers keep up and remember.

The problem

Most product videos lose people before the point arrives.

Long intros, jumping between ideas, text you have to stop and read. Viewers end up half-listening.

  • fewer sign-ups
  • features nobody uses
  • the same support questions

How I fix it

  1. 1Stepping stones. Each idea builds on the one before.
  2. 2Pacing. Each idea gets time to land before the next one starts.
  3. 3Repeat what matters. The key ideas come back at the end, so they stick.

Meet Megan

I taught biology, chemistry, physics and technology for ten years, often to students learning in their second language. The hard part was deciding what to explain first, and getting people curious about something they hadn't chosen to learn. Teachers call it scaffolding: each idea a stepping stone to the next. Now I build videos for software companies the same way.

How it works

Four steps, and you approve each one.

  1. Step 1

    A short call.

We talk about where your customers get stuck.

  2. Step 2

    Script and look.

You approve the script and a few still frames before anything moves.

  3. Step 3

    I build it.

    Animation, voice, music and captions.

  4. Step 4

    Feedback and delivery.

Two rounds of changes, then you get the video for your website and for social media.

Fixed price. Pilots are delivered within two weeks of script approval.

Questions

How do you make the videos?

I write the script and plan each scene myself. Then I build the animation, record your product in a demo account, and add a voiceover from a licensed voice library, using AI tools where they save time. I never use AI-generated people or cloned voices, and your team approves every video before it’s final.

Can’t we just use AI tools?

You could, and the tools keep getting better. What they don’t do is decide what to explain first, what to leave out, and how fast to go. That’s the part I bring, from ten years of teaching. You also get your team’s time back.

What happens to our data?

I only work with demo accounts and sample data, so your company’s and customers’ data never goes into an AI tool.

Will it match our brand?

Yes. Every video uses your colours, fonts and style, not a house style of mine.

Do you work with our competitors?

Everything you share stays confidential, and I never reuse your material, scripts or footage for anyone else.

What counts as one video?

One video is up to 90 seconds. Clips under 30 seconds count as half a video, and two-to-three-minute videos count as two.

How many changes can we make?

Two rounds on every video. You approve the script and the look first, so most changes happen early, when they’re quick.

How long does it take?

A pilot is delivered within two weeks of script approval. On a monthly plan, we agree a schedule at the start of each month, so you know when each video arrives.

What do I get from a Clarity Review?

A short video walkthrough of what I found, and a written plan of what to fix first and which videos would help most.

Can you make Swedish versions?

Yes, as an add-on. A native Swedish speaker checks the script and the final voiceover.
